We automate maintenance and operations to build systems that emphasize growth.
For frequently used systems with many users, such as core business systems and e-commerce sites,
changing and evolving IT needs lead to ongoing feature expansions and modifications even after release.
Step1
Automating operations
Automatic error detection, data consistency checks, bug monitoring, and automation of infrastructure monitoring and operations
Step 2
Automation for adding and improving features
Automated testing and release automation
Even after development is finished, similar testing, release, deployment and monitoring tasks must be repeated for each project.
Because systems are interconnected, the entire system must be checked each time. As the system grows, this work becomes larger and more complex.
DevOps addresses this by standardizing and automating repetitive tasks, while also standardizing development work so that this standardization and automation are possible.
Incorporating a DevOps program into a project allows checks following feature additions or changes to focus on the newly developed scope rather than the entire system, making it possible to maintain the pace of development as the system grows.

After system development is complete, the most important goal is generally stable operation. Achieving this is not easy and remains a major challenge.
However, businesses and operations are constantly changing. If a system fails to keep pace, its value gradually declines.
In many cases, the initial investment and the maintenance and operating costs needed for stability constrain the budget, making further improvements difficult. Adding or expanding features in a released system requires particular care and often takes considerable time and money.
To address these problems, we use design thinking, lean startup and Scrum development to contain development costs, while planning improvements after launch through DevOps initiatives.
Specifically, we automate maintenance, operations and feature addition tasks to build a foundation for efficient, continuous system improvement.
