Why the Product Was Created
Japan is expected to face a labor shortage as its birthrate declines and its population ages.
Against this background, making internal business processes more efficient and automated will be an important theme in future corporate management.
To support the administrative work that occurs at every company, we began developing and selling the SaaS product Jugaad.
Background 1: Shortage of Successors
The shortage of people able to take over old technologies and systems is a serious industry-wide issue. As time passes, fewer specialists can properly operate and maintain these legacy systems, making them harder to maintain and update. At the same time, systems used for many years often become black boxes, and incomplete or outdated documentation means that almost no one fully understands their details. This is a major problem, especially for critical systems.
Background 2: Insufficient Maintenance
Because there are too few people with the appropriate expertise, old systems often continue to be used without maintenance. As a result, operational needs tend to keep them in use even when issues such as data inconsistencies arise. These problems can create security risks and lower efficiency, potentially having serious effects on the organization.

We continue adding and improving functions in both products with the goal of becoming the market leader.
