The only company in Ibaraki Prefecture awarded the highest “Special Grade” under its certification program for outstanding companies welcoming foreign workers

VeBuIn is pleased to announce that, in the first assessment under Ibaraki Prefecture's newly established certification program for outstanding companies welcoming foreign talent, we have been certified at the highest level, “Advanced Company (Special Grade),”under this program.

In this first round of certification, we were the only company in all of Ibaraki Prefecture to receive the highest “Special Grade” rating in the assessment.

■ Recognized as Ibaraki Prefecture's No. 1 environment for welcoming foreign talent

Since establishing our Corporate Design (CD) Department in 2020, we have focused on creating an environment where our multinational team can realize its full potential, guided by the mission “WAKE UP ONE TEAM, FULL POTENTIAL.”

We currently employ a global workforce, including many engineers from India. We have built a framework for welcoming them not merely as labor, but as professional colleagues with whom we create the future.

To create an environment where foreign talent can thrive, we have strengthened the following support systems in both facilities and services.

• Establishing Japanese-language education: Ongoing language training provided by specialist instructors
• Comprehensive support for everyday living: Safe, secure company housing and assistance with starting life in Japan
• Career and administrative support: Visa application assistance, business skills training and workshops to deepen cultural understanding

■ Overcoming barriers through hospitality

Differences in language, culture and business practices are unavoidable barriers to globalization. Yet everyone at our company, including our administrative teams, has approached these challenges with deep hospitality, putting the other person's well-being first.
