VeBuIn is an IT startup founded in 2015.
Our company name is a word we created from our management philosophy and mission: “We Build Innovation for Better Society.”

This is the thinking behind that philosophy.

“IT is not an end in itself, but simply a means of accomplishing something.”
“At the same time, IT is a powerful tool that, depending on how it is used, can become a driving force for a better society.”
“There must be no such thing as a ‘bottom-rung employee’ at our company. I want every systems engineer on the front line to think seriously and act decisively about our clients' businesses and contributions to society.”

This philosophy cannot be realized overnight.

All our systems engineers are from India. Those who come to Japan must study Japanese, deepen their understanding of our clients' operations and keep up with constantly evolving IT trends. Furthermore, we must ensure that these accomplished individuals function as a team, rather than simply as individuals.

We have been fortunate to work with wonderful partner companies—our clients—since our founding. They have supported us where we have fallen short and worked alongside us to bring projects to fruition, even as we continue to develop. By delivering projects that require clear results with the support of our partners, we feel we have steadily built solid capabilities.

Starting with just five people, we have grown to a team of more than 200, including our members in India. Giving our all for our partner companies' success drives our growth, and as we grow, we become capable of delivering larger projects.

There is no end to this cycle.
We will continue growing and striving to make a greater contribution to society.
