Message from a director

Our strengths begin with the technical expertise and availability of IT talent in India.

IT engineering is a popular profession in India, with abundant opportunities to study it.

Our engineers have a solid grounding in IT theory from university, giving them a broad range of technical skills and making it easy for them to keep up with the latest technologies. Even when client needs require them to learn a new technology, in many cases they can put it into practice in about one day to two weeks. Our members in Japan are also full-stack engineers who can work on both the front end and the back end, allowing us to deliver projects with small, highly skilled teams.

Having a development base in India also allows us to immediately secure people with the necessary technical skills. We believe this availability of talent is another strength that sets us apart from Japanese IT companies.

We are currently focusing on strengthening our communication and management capabilities.

In communication, we believe that clearly understanding our clients' concerns and challenges is essential to delivering projects. In Japan in particular, many clients feel uncomfortable with IT and would prefer to leave the technical side to us. We need to share the same sense of mission as our clients' staff and be able to lead from an IT perspective. This requires not only Japanese-language skills, but also a deeper understanding of our clients' businesses and operations.

Our greatest management challenge is overcoming the difficulties of collaboration between team members in Japan and India. To address this, we are advancing three initiatives: 1. establishing an HR framework; 2. embedding our company culture; and 3. establishing Scrum-based project management practices.

Offshore development often brings quality and scheduling challenges despite its lower rates. By combining the advantages of our hybrid bases in Japan and India with stronger communication and management skills, we aim to become an IT company our clients can trust.
