As companies advance their digital transformation (DX), Jugaad continues evolving to meet increasingly diverse business needs. As part of this effort, we have significantly increased data storage capacity, allowing clients to use the service with greater confidence and without worrying about storage limits.
Background
The use of digital data in Jugaad is increasing. In particular, expected enhancements to mobile features are likely to further increase the use of large files, including images. An increasing number of documents created in Jugaad, such as approval requests, applications and reports, also require long-term retention.
Storage capacity has been uniform regardless of company size, while demand is growing particularly among companies with many users. We therefore needed to review storage capacity so clients could use the service confidently without worrying about space. To address these needs, Jugaad has changed its data storage capacity.
Overview
We have changed storage capacity from a uniform 50GB to 5GB per user. The minimum remains unchanged: companies with 10 or fewer users will continue to receive 50GB. This provides an environment all companies can use confidently, improving operational efficiency and enabling smooth data management.
