Cloud workflow system Jugaad significantly extends its free trial period

VeBuIn (headquarters: Tsukuba, Ibaraki; President and Representative Director: Bhavik Shah) is extending the free trial of its cloud workflow system Jugaad from 30 days to a maximum of 90 days. Taking sufficient time to try its features and usability before committing to a contract helps clients achieve strong results after adoption.

Background
When adopting a workflow system, the trial period is an important opportunity to evaluate its features and usability fully. Determining during this period whether the system suits the company's operations is key to a successful implementation. 

Workflow-system trials often last about 1 month. Within that limited period, however, the person responsible must not only understand the system but also explain it to management and related departments, complete the initial setup, verify its content, and inform and train employees, among many other tasks. Completing all of this alongside regular duties is extremely difficult, and 1 month is often too short to assess the system's true value fully. As a result, a system may be implemented without sufficient preparation or understanding and may not be used effectively after implementation.

In response to these challenges, Jugaad has significantly extended its trial period and will now offer a "free trial of up to 90 days." This gives companies and the people responsible enough time to try the system and make a well-informed implementation decision. We also expect it to help customers use the system effectively after implementation.

Customers can actually use all Jugaad features, including the mobile app and integrations with external services such as LINE WORKS. This allows them to experience the system's full value and determine whether it meets their company's needs.

Customer support will respond carefully to questions, including through online consultations. With a generous 90-day period, customers can not only try the system but also resolve their pre-implementation questions fully before making a decision.

Effective date: Applications submitted on or after Wednesday, September 18, 2024 
Details: Jugaad Workflow or Jugaad Expense Management can be tried free of charge for up to 90 days from registration. 

*The free trial will end when a formal contract begins, even if fewer than 90 days have elapsed.
